Our Research Associate Shazia Manji presented key findings from our recent report. An expert panel, featuring Philip Garboden, Nat Decker, Priya Jayachandran, and Ruby Bolaria Shifrin, discussed strategies to preserve the affordability, habitability, and financial viability of these rental properties.
