On Tuesday, February 27, we hosted a webinar discussion of the challenges facing the landlords and tenants of small multifamily rental properties. Our Research Associate Shazia Manji presented key findings from our recent report. An expert panel, featuring Philip Garboden, Nat Decker, Priya Jayachandran, and Ruby Bolaria Shifrin, discussed strategies to preserve the affordability, habitability, and financial viability of these rental properties.
