Making It Pencil: The Math Behind Housing Development was hosted on May 24th, 2018 and focused on the challenges that Bay Area developers face in producing housing as well as commonly misunderstood realities behind the economics of housing development.

The webinar began with a presentation from our team exploring some of our research on this issue, followed by a panel discussion with industry leaders and a Q&A with webinar participants.
