New Paper Proposes Reforms to Federal Housing Administration

The Terner Center’s latest paper, Mission Critical: Retooling FHA to Meet America’s Housing Needs is now live. This paper, co-authored by Nathan Shultz and former FHA Commissioner and Terner Center Faculty Director Carol Galante, explores the administrative, policy, budget and structural challenges FHA currently faces, and proposes a number of reforms that would ensure the agency can fulfill its mission and serve its multiple and critical roles in the housing market.
