Housing Technology Series Event 3: Equitable Homeownership Innovations

The third symposium in the Housing Technology series hosted by Terner Labs and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This virtual event will investigate the appropriate role of technology in homeownership and particularly how it is affecting wealth justice and historical inequities in the present housing market. The 90-minute event will be split into two parts:

Credit & underwriting

  • Innovator showcases: Innovations in credit repair
  • Panel conversation: Fairness in underwriting

Alternative paths to homeownership

  • Innovator showcases: Valuing and rehabbing older homes
  • Panel conversations: The pitfalls and possibilities of non-traditional homeownership models
