Past Webinar: Virtual Presentation of the UC Berkeley 2020 Housing Development Challenge Team

The Terner Center hosted the UC Berkeley 2020 Team as they presented their final project for the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Low-Income Housing Challenge virtually.

This interdisciplinary team of graduate students spent the semester developing a proposal for the development of affordable housing intended to serve faculty and staff from the San Jose Unified School District. They presented their work to a jury of practitioners from areas of affordable housing development, architecture, and finance.
