In their recent piece, U.S. Households Make Long-Awaited Gains in Housing Recovery, the Wall Street Journal cites Terner Center’s Senior Fellow Jed Kolko on his analysis of the 2015 American Community Survey. According to this new housing data from the Census Bureau, fewer households are paying too much for a place to live when compared to the previous year.
