Factulty Director Galante Discusses Development Dashboard with AHF Magazine

In a recent interview, Faculty Director Carol Galante shares with Donna Kimura, a deputy editor of Affordable Housing Finance (AHF), her excitement about a new online tool from the Terner Center that was released early last week. This tool, better known as the Housing Development Dashboard, shows how policy changes can affect affordable housing production by utilizing data from four sample cities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
