Over the last few years, Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) permits and completions have increased significantly in California, but questions remain as to how sustainable this momentum can be without further financial and policy innovations. The Terner Center hosted a webinar on the latest trends in California’s ADU growth, as well as a discussion on ADU financing solutions.
