The USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the Terner Center hosted a webinar discussing Freddie Mac’s recent changes to make it easier for homeowners to finance the construction of an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and identifying what else needs to happen to improve similar loan products offered by Fannie Mae and the Federal Housing Administration.
