Past Event: Faculty Research Advisor and Research Director Present on the Cost of Building Housing at SPUR

On Thursday, April 13th, at the SPUR Urban Center in San Francisco, our Faculty Research Advisor, Carolina Reid, and our Research Director, Elizabeth Kneebone, presented early data from our ongoing study of rising construction costs, part of our Cost of Building Housing research series. They also presented qualitative findings on the drivers of rising construction costs in San Francisco, resulting from interviews and focus groups with practitioners.
