Announcing the 2021-2022 Terner Center Fellows

We are pleased to announce the new cohort of Terner Center Fellows, a program where practitioners and accomplished thought leaders in the housing field serve as advisors and collaborators with the Terner Center on topics related to housing policy, research and practice.

The 2021-2022 Terner Fellows are:

  • Bill Fulton, Director of the Kinder Institute for Urban Research at Rice University
  • Shola Olatoye, Director of Housing and Community Development for the City of Oakland
  • Noerena Limón, Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Industry Relations at the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals
  • Alfred Fraijo, Jr., Partner, Real Estate, Land Use & Natural Resources Practice Group and Executive Committee Member at Sheppard Mullin
