Colleen SchwartzCoffey is the Publications Manager for the Terner Center. She brings more than two decades of experience leading strategic communications for social sector organizations.
Prior to joining the Terner Center, Colleen served as Director of Communications for Tipping Point Community, which advances solutions to poverty in the Bay Area. Previously, she directed communications for Stanford University’s Haas Center for Public Service. In this role, she helped launch, scale, and sustain Cardinal Service, a university-wide effort to make service an essential feature of a Stanford education. In addition, Colleen has worked for New York University; the Migration Policy Institute, a leading nonpartisan think tank focused on the movement of people worldwide; and El Pomar Foundation, a private grantmaking foundation in Colorado. She holds an MA in print journalism and a BA in English.
