Ken McMackin is Executive Vice President of Investments at Avanath Capital Management, where he leads the firm’s acquisition, disposition, and asset management functions. Throughout his tenure at Avanath, he has held leadership roles spanning Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and Financial Planning and Analysis, providing a broad perspective on the firm’s investment platform and operations.

Prior to joining Avanath, Ken worked in the Senior Housing Finance group at Healthpeak Properties, a publicly traded healthcare REIT, and previously served in Deloitte’s Real Estate Consulting practice.

Ken earned his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
