Susan Luong has been with the Terner Center for Housing Innovation since 2016. As the Administrative Manager, she plays a key role in managing finance and budget, accounting, office and research administration, general operations, and business services for the Center.

Prior to joining the Terner Center, Susan worked at the Haas School of Business where she served as a Faculty Recruitment Administrator and Faculty Assistant prior to that, providing key support to a number of ladder-rank faculty and senior staff. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Cell Biology from UC Berkeley.
