Amy Egerter is a Senior Research Associate focused on building decarbonization, industrialized construction, and innovation in the built environment, with a particular interest in how emerging construction technologies and processes can improve affordability and reduce emissions.

Prior to her current role, Amy held positions in academia, tech, and consulting. Most notably, she worked at Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) managing retrofit projects testing industrialized construction methods and as a researcher at the Technical University of Denmark and Delft University of Technology examining the intersection of industrialized construction and circular economy.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a master’s degree in Sustainable Design and Construction, both from Stanford University.
