Past Event: Terner Center Partners with ULI SF on Housing the Bay Summit

The Terner Center partnered with Urban Land Institute San Francisco for their Housing the Bay Summit on March 23rd. A full program is available here.

Our Policy Director David Garcia also served on a panel titled “Can Impact Fees and Housing Live in Harmony?” He presented findings from our recent report It All Adds Up: the Cost of Development Fees in Seven California Cities. More information on this report is available on our blog.
